We can help uncomplicate it. We accept some insurances including Kaiser and Premera. Please let us know who you are insured with when you call, and we will check on your benefits and let you know what your financial responsibility is. We are working on taking other insurances, but this process takes time. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to take any Apple Health Plans. Some insurances have high deductibles. If this is a concern of yours, please discuss this with your therapist before beginning your clinical work.
You get to work with anyone you want. Just request a special receipt from us called a "super bill" that you send to your insurance company to use any out of network benefits you might have. Some insurances have high deductibles or very little benefits for out of network. We can help you navigate this process, but please know that you are responsible to pay the session fee at the time of service. If this is a concern of yours, please let your therapist know before starting your clinical work.
Let's work together. Session fees vary based on your insurance coverage, and if you do not have insurance we can discuss different payment options for you. We accept major credit cards and checks. Occasionally we have openings for a sliding scale, based on your circumstances and current income.
Hard to add yet another thing to your schedule? We get it. We offer a variety of appointment times to meet today's busy schedules. Our earliest appointments are at 10am, and some of our therapists have evening and weekend hours. Please advise us of your scheduling needs when you call so that we can match you with one of our well-qualified therapists.
We get that sometimes you can't find your way to work with all this traffic. But, that won't be a problem here as you'll enjoy our central location in Redmond. We are a group of independent therapists that practice in a group setting at Aspire Counseling & Coaching Center. We are located at 8299 161st Ave. NE, Suite 103, Redmond, WA, 98052. This is a private, professional setting that is quiet, peaceful and comfortable.
It's not you, it's me. It's ok to break up with your therapist; we don't mind. For therapy to be successful, it's important that you feel a connection with your therapist! We WANT you to tell us how you feel, and we will check in with you periodically about this. If one therapist isn't a good fit, we will align you with another therapist that may be a better fit. Just ask.
